Our Rock Solid Café absolutely requires a freezer. Depending on how often you meet, the size of your group, and the capacity of your freezer, you can store some foods for literally months. Our menu is designed to be tasty but requires a few trips to the store to restock. If you have a local food delivery service in your area, that’s just one less step to keeping the kids well-fed.
You have the option of choosing between an upright, chest, or commercial freezer. While chest freezers can store a great deal of food depending on the size (cubic feet), they do not lend themselves to easy access to food and they take up more floor space. On a busy day, you will want quick access to your frozen foods, so we suggest going with an upright.
