At Rock Solid, almost all our food items are stored in a freezer, but you need a place to keep certain foods cool, primarily drinks, condiments, and ice cream toppings. It’s not as critical as a freezer, but it’s a must. If you’re renovating a church facility, you likely already have a refrigerator, but make certain all parties are in agreement regarding how much of the refrigerator you can use for Rock Solid supplies. A second refrigerator may be necessary.
